If your query is regarding the Word of Mouth restaurant news blog that runs on Toronto.com and in the print edition of the Saturday Living section of the Toronto Star, please note – WOM is exclusively a restaurant news site – I do not cover shops, products, tours, cookbooks, etc. Every post must be somehow related to chefs and/or restaurants in the city of Toronto.
Likewise on this site, I do not cover many products. You are welcome to pitch stories anyway, but know that I seldom accept samples of products, especially mainstream grocery items.
PR folks, take note – I like plain text best – that is, please, whenever possible, cut and paste your press release info into the text box below. I do not want/need PDFs or other attachments unless I’m committed to writing the article, in which case I’ll let you know where to send them.
