Poppies
Now this is a statement necklace! This striking piece of wearable art is already a favourite on my shop Instagram, and while I originally made two, I’ve kept one for myself.
10 hand-shaped polymer clay poppies of different sizes and shades of red dangle (and move like real flowers in the wind) from 5 strands of fine rubber tubing. This waterfall-style necklace is made from a super-soft, flexible and easy to clean tubing made from synthetic (non-latex) rubber.
The closure is a quick-release lanyard clasp – just pull both ends and you’re good to go. While this necklace is currently cut to a longer length, it can be easily shortened to wear higher up on the neck as a choker, if preferred.
